Job Summary
Operate Trimble Total Station equipment to perform accurate building and site layouts, creating and maintaining CAD and Trimble files based on field conditions. Work closely with superintendents, foremen, and field crews to ensure project accuracy and alignment while providing technical support that keeps projects running efficiently. Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism on every job site. This role combines advanced field layout technology with CAD-based design work to make a direct impact on commercial construction projects.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with CAD software, including AutoCAD and/or Trimble Business Center
- Proficiency operating Trimble Total Station equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site plans
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Desired Qualifications
- Construction or surveying experience preferred
