Job Summary
Field-based Construction Survey Technician executes precise field layout using advanced survey technology to translate coordinated models into constructible installation points. Responsible for verifying and documenting layout points to ensure accuracy, communicating site conflicts to the CST Lead, maintaining survey equipment, and adhering to safety protocols. Tracks progress, updates, and project blockers in Monday.com while supporting project safety, accuracy, and efficiency on active construction sites.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Prior construction field experience (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and job site operations
- Willingness to learn and use survey technology systems (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional and dependable work ethic
