Job Summary
Oversee construction survey projects by administering activities, managing staff and technical resources, and conducting quality control reviews of survey documents, plans, and construction layouts. Deliver weekly progress reports to stakeholders, monitor project budgets for profitability, and prepare billing reports for monthly invoicing. Lead business development efforts to partner with clients, maintain market leadership, and deepen client relationships while ensuring safety and quality assurance procedures are followed. Champion the company brand and values through professional demeanor and active participation in team culture.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of survey experience
- A minimum of 4 years of construction surveying experience
- Must possess excellent communication, diplomacy and listening skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret drawings and the most complex documents
- Ability to operate a computer, using technical software and other applications, spreadsheets, and other business software
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with vertical construction techniques preferred
- PLS preferred
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
