Job Summary
Coordinate receipt, inventory, storage, and expenditure of collateral equipment during the renovation of Building 2480 at Naval Station Mayport. Verify, test, and accept materials to ensure they meet mission requirements while supervising facility construction activities. Communicate issues for resolution to the Site Security Manager and Government Security Construction Manager, and provide direct advice to field personnel. Attend meetings as required and support the Transportation Manager on shipments to support construction dates. Maintain a current Top-Secret clearance and complete mandatory CST and TSCM training courses.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- DCID 6/4 Eligible
- Current Top-Secret Clearance based on SSBI or T5 investigation within the last six (6) years
- Completed the CST/CAG (Construction Security Technician/Cleared American Guard) course (or equivalent)
- Completed an applicable TSCM (Technical Surveillance Counter Measures) course (or equivalent)
- Valid certificate for the successful completion of a forty (40) hour or greater CST Training Course taken within the last 5 years
- Must be a US citizen
- Must be trained in Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) skills
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
- Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment drug testing
