Job Summary
Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) responsible for continuous surveillance of a secure U.S. Government construction site in the Northern Territory of Australia, ensuring compliance with security protocols and construction standards; manage access control, monitor activities, review drawings, maintain detailed logs, coordinate with project managers and security personnel, support administrative tasks, and prepare reports for government and prime contractor stakeholders; requires Top Secret clearance, DoD/IC construction experience, SE631 certification, and ability to relocate for up to 24 months; bachelor’s/associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years’ construction experience are required; duties include maintaining security documentation, coordinating subcontractor scheduling, and ensuring safety and security compliance across the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business administration, management, or related field or experience equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a construction environment
- Current SE631 training certification required
- Prior experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community construction projects
- Must have and maintain Top Secret federal security clearance with eligibility for SCI
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and Australia
- Must be able to pass federal contract OCONUS deployment requirements
- Must successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check
- Must successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test and motor vehicle record review
- Must possess a valid driver's license
