Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 8 years of relevant work experience
- Current Texas Driver License
- Type I Waste Water Collection Operator License
- Class C Water Distribution License
- Customer Service Inspector license
- Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester license
Desired Qualifications
- Strong familiarity and working knowledge of blueprints
- Ability to understand and interpret engineering and technical data
- Good judgment and discretion in performing duties
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English (written and verbal)
Additional Requirements
- Must be insurable by the Corporation’s insurance
- Must be current with TCEQ required coursework
