Job Summary
Construction Supervisor will lead a team of Field Coordinators or Outside Plant Engineers to manage construction contractors for fiber duct, fiber installation and splicing, ensuring projects are completed on time with quality and safety checks. Set quality and safety standards, oversee daily/weekly meetings and documentation, manage relationships with external partners, coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide solutions, leverage outside resources to maximize production, manage timelines and communication, apply creative problem solving to identify solutions, identify opportunities to outsource internal functions, drive process efficiencies, and ensure resources are prepared with proper training and onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience working in construction, managing projects, providing project support, OR a relationship/client manager
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for project management and construction oversight
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance
