Job Summary
Manage and execute construction projects from start to finish as the on-site point of contact for each job. Coordinate and perform construction processes including staging, installing drywall and trim, applying texture, painting, and cabinet installation per work orders. Ensure equipment and tools are cleaned, maintained, and stored properly while overseeing facility and grounds maintenance tasks. Communicate effectively with managers and office staff regarding project status and concerns. Work Monday through Friday with occasional overtime, nights, and weekends, performing repetitive motions and working in confined spaces.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in construction
- Jobsite and Personnel Leadership Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Regularly lift 50 pounds independently
- Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work overhead for extended periods
- Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
- Ability to tolerate exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, fumes, and varying environmental conditions
- Ability to wear a respirator when required
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule
- Availability for occasional overtime, nights, and weekends
- Local travel
- Occasional out-of-town travel
