Construction Supervisor

Job Summary
Compile and resolve punch list items, conduct pre-construction meetings, and provide daily narrative updates to customers. Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers while ensuring work complies with plans, specifications, and local codes. Document all project activities in WC 2.0, execute change orders, and maintain quality standards through site inspections. Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and validate schedule and progress. Provide evaluation and rating of all vendors and subcontractors. Ensure material suppliers deliver exactly what was purchased and subcontractors complete work per purchase orders. Identify areas outside of contracted scope of work. This full-time role requires Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with frequent long hours, on-call rotation, weekend work, and local travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Basic math skills
- Walking and/or standing throughout the day
- Frequent driving and sitting
- Occasionally climbing ladders
- Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat
- The noise level at individual jobsites can be loud
- Full-time position, working Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
- Frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day)
- Working on-call
- Weekend work
- Travel is required and is primarily local
- Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
