Job Summary
Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate delivery of property refurbishments and void works for social housing projects in the Northwest London area. Responsible for managing in-house operatives and subcontractors, scheduling works to deadlines, conducting pre- and post-void inspections, monitoring site progress, ensuring adherence to budgets and high quality/safety standards, maintaining records, supporting commercial reporting, performing quality checks and snagging before handover, delivering toolbox talks and inductions, and liaising with tenants and stakeholders. Requires proven supervision of refurbishment contracts, knowledge of housing regulations and RAMS/compliance, ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines, strong communication and leadership, IT proficiency with job management systems, and a full UK driving licence.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising property refurbishment contracts
- Strong knowledge of building trades, void standards, and housing regulations
- Experience in planning and delivering multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations, including RAMS and compliance requirements (e.g. gas, electrical, asbestos)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- IT literate with experience in using job management and reporting systems
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
