Construction Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee daily on-site construction activities, supervise construction workers, coordinate with subcontractors and project managers, and ensure health, safety, quality, and budget compliance on projects. Duties include monitoring progress against plans, addressing delays or issues with engineers and subcontractors, maintaining site quality and safety standards, producing daily site reports, scheduling labor and material deliveries, managing resources to meet timelines, ensuring work complies with contract specifications, and promoting a culture of safety among all site personnel.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in construction supervision or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in reading blueprints and construction drawings
