Job Summary
Lead construction of public utility projects across aerial and underground telecommunications tasks, developing team skills and directing multiple work crews to meet quality and deadline standards. Provide high-level customer service during interactions while enforcing a strict safety culture throughout the site. Mentor staff through practical problem-solving on coaxial splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, and map reading. Requires valid driver's license with clean MVR history and experience in telecommunications construction.
Required Qualifications
