Job Summary
Oversee on-site construction operations, lead and manage construction teams, enforce safety protocols, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, maintaining OSHA compliance, tracking schedules and costs, communicating project status, and maintaining accurate records of work, materials, and employee hours. Requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and resource management skills. OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred; a high school diploma is required with a construction management degree considered a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management
- Ability to lead a team, solve problems, and manage resources effectively
- OSHA 30-Hour certification (preferred)
- High school diploma required; degree in construction management a plus
