Construction Supervisor Coordinator

Job Summary
Oversee daily construction activities at a site to ensure safety, timely milestones, and compliance with codes and regulations. Coordinate with contractors and agency personnel, conduct inspections, manage permits, maintain comprehensive project records (daily logs, as-built plans, pay quantities), and supervise on-site subcontractors to uphold safety standards and best practices. Provide construction data for strategic reviews, assist in budget monitoring, and support documentation for substantial completion and final inspections, including punch lists. Preferred experience with utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage systems (BESS); ensure field measurements verify contractor billing and perform quality reviews of construction work. Proficient in reading blueprints/elevations; familiarity with SAP or Procore is preferred; strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills; possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to work effectively in a team. Performs additional duties as needed to support project success and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in construction
- strong organizational skills

- valid driver’s license
- ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables
- proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel or similar
- familiarity with SAP or Procore (preferred)
- high attention to detail and ethical integrity
