Job Summary
Manage, train, and hold your team accountable to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals while ensuring code compliance and high customer satisfaction. Oversee in-house and subcontractor crews to ensure daily revenue goals are met, including measuring, ordering, staging, scheduling, and collecting full balances on projects. Perform technical construction duties such as remeasuring windows, entry doors, siding, and sunrooms, and determine tempered glass requirements. Conduct job site visits and phone calls with customers to address concerns immediately, and maintain a safe working environment by enforcing governmental regulations and required safety training. This role requires early starting times and may include Saturdays. Champion, founded in 1953, supports professional installation teams nationwide to make homes safer and more energy efficient.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving and solid attendance records
- Proficient knowledge of installation/service methods for window, door and siding projects
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and email
- Ability to adjust and re-prioritize work flow on a daily basis
- Ability to ensure each job is completed in compliance with written safety policies
Desired Qualifications
- 2- 3 years of skilled labor or industry experience preferred
- OSHA, Installation Masters training and/or related certification a plus
