Construction Supervisor

Oversee end-to-end delivery of property refurbishments in the Northwest London area, supervise in-house operatives and subcontractors to ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards. Conduct pre-void and post-void inspections, prepare schedules of work, monitor site progress, ensure RAMS and regulatory compliance, maintain accurate records, support cost control and commercial reporting for the Contracts Manager, conduct toolbox talks and inductions, and communicate professionally with tenants, neighbours and stakeholders to manage expectations. Lead safety and performance excellence on site and coordinate with planners, surveyors, lettings teams, and clients to minimise turnaround times.
