Job Summary
Construction Supervisor responsible for overseeing onsite construction activities, coordinating contractors, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules, and maintaining HSE and QA/QC standards. The role includes supervising field personnel and subcontractors, leading safety culture on site, conducting site inspections and toolbox talks, reviewing permits and risk assessments, monitoring progress and milestones, and liaising with project engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project completion. Requires strong leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and ability to interpret drawings and enforce quality and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or related Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in construction supervision and project execution
- At least 7 years in a supervisory role within large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, oil & gas (Construction), or real estate projects
- Experience managing contractors and subcontractors on multidiscipline construction projects
- Experience in high-rise buildings, Building construction, infrastructure, industrial and commercial facilities, or heavy civil construction
