Job Summary
As a Construction Superintendent, oversee the daily operations of commercial construction projects, developing and maintaining schedules in collaboration with project managers. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, personnel, and inspectors. Conduct weekly subcontractor coordination and safety meetings while maintaining thorough project documentation, including logs and compliance reports. Strong knowledge of building codes and proficiency in industry software is essential for this role.

- 5+ years' experience as Construction Superintendent

- 5+ years' experience as Construction Superintendent
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management Preferred or Related Experience
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of building codes and ADA Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Project, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and other industry software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and personnel
