Job Summary
Conduct drilling and blasting operations across construction and quarry environments while adhering to strict safety and compliance standards. Manage procurement, logistics, and quality control efforts to support project profitability and budget adherence. Perform laboring tasks including drilling and blasting to build foundational trade skills required for state licensure. Engage in a structured development plan with a dedicated mentor to advance toward supervisory and leadership roles. Travel frequently within a multi-state area with meals and accommodations covered. Requires recent college degree in Construction, Engineering, or Mining, or military background.
Required Qualifications
- Recent College degree in Construction, Engineering, Mining, or similar
- Recent separation from Military service (optional alternative to degree)
- Willingness to travel within a multi-state area
- Willingness to perform laboring, drilling, and blasting tasks
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
- Willingness to be highly engaged in a Development Plan
