Job Summary
Conduct drilling, blasting, and laboring operations across varied terrain and all weather conditions while adhering to strict safety and compliance standards. Manage procurement, logistics, and quality control efforts to support project profitability and budget adherence. Lead project supervision and develop skills toward State licensed Blaster certification within a multi-state rotation. Engage in a dedicated Development Plan with a mentor to advance toward supervisory and leadership roles. Requires recent college degree in Construction, Engineering, or Mining, plus willingness to travel and work outdoors.
Required Qualifications
- Recent College degree in Construction, Engineering, Mining, or similar
- Recent separation from Military service (optional alternative to degree)
- Willingness to travel within a multi-state area
- Willingness to perform laboring, drilling, and blasting tasks
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
- Willingness to be highly engaged in a Development Plan
