Job Summary
Conduct drilling and blasting operations across construction and quarry environments while adhering to strict safety and compliance standards. Manage procurement, logistics, and quality control efforts to support project profitability and budget adherence. Execute laboring tasks from the ground up, including manual drilling and blasting, across varied terrains and all weather conditions. Travel frequently within a multi-state area as opportunities arise, with meals and accommodations covered. Engage in a structured Development Plan with a dedicated mentor to build skills toward a State licensed Blaster and future leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Recent College degree in Construction, Engineering, Mining, or similar
- Recent separation from Military service (optional alternative to degree)
- Willingness to travel within a multi-state area
- Willingness to perform laboring, drilling, and blasting tasks
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
- Willingness to be highly engaged in a Development Plan
