Job Summary
Conduct drilling and blasting operations in construction and quarry environments while adhering to safety and compliance standards. Manage procurement and logistics for materials, supplies, and equipment, and support project supervision, leadership, and budget oversight. Perform laboring tasks and engage in a ground-up learning path to develop skills for a State licensed Blaster role. Travel across a multi-state geographic footprint as opportunities arise, with meals and hotels covered. Participate in a dedicated mentorship-driven Leadership Development Program designed to advance into supervisory and management positions.
Required Qualifications
- Recent College degree in Construction, Engineering, Mining, or similar
- Recent separation from Military service (optional alternative to degree)
