Job Summary
Conduct drilling and blasting operations across varied terrains and all weather conditions while adhering to strict safety and compliance standards. Manage procurement, logistics, and quality control efforts to support project profitability and budget adherence. Gain hands-on experience in laboring, drilling, and blasting to develop skills toward becoming a State licensed Blaster and future leadership role. Travel within a multi-state area as part of an internal Leadership Development Program, working directly with a dedicated mentor on your personal Development Plan.
Required Qualifications
- Recent College degree in Construction, Engineering, Mining, or similar
- Recent separation from Military service (optional alternative to degree)
- Willingness to travel within a multi-state area
- Willingness to perform laboring, drilling, and blasting tasks
- Ability to work outside on varied terrain in all weather conditions
