Job Summary
The Construction Superintendent Trainee (CST) position offers a comprehensive learning and development program designed for entry-level candidates aiming to advance into management and leadership roles within the drilling and blasting industry. Required Qualifications
- Recent College graduate with a degree in Construction, Engineering, Mining, or similar
- Recently separated from Military service (optional)
- Dedication and enthusiasm
- Integrity and honesty
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions
- Willingness to travel within a multi-state area
