Construction Superintendent Trainee

Job Summary
Oversee the progress and quality of all jobs under construction, set performance standards for subcontractors, and control costs by managing material usage. Be proactive in answering customer questions about the building process, take an active part in subdivision and model maintenance, and comply with OSHA regulations. Create framing, mechanical, and insulation punch lists while utilizing internal software to track job completion. Participate in a structured 9-module training program involving shadowing and classroom instruction to develop skills in scheduling, quality control, and blueprint reading. This role supports the Cincinnati Townhomes Division within Drees Homes, a family-owned builder with over 95 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 year college degree in Construction Management/related field
- 2-4 years construction related experience
- Experience using an iPad
- Passion for homebuilding
