Job Summary
Oversee daily construction operations for industry-leading quality homes, conducting home walk-throughs to monitor progress and identify issues early. Deliver projects on time with maximum efficiency while managing trade partners, ensuring they remain accountable to their scope of work. Champion jobsite safety and compliance, leading field orientations and ensuring every home is 100% complete before final homeowner orientation. Act as a key Production Team member by attending meetings to share ideas that enhance performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires 3+ years of new home-building experience, strong time-management skills, and the ability to read detailed blueprints and specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of all stages of the construction process, including both rough and trim stages.
- Ability to read and comprehend detailed construction blueprints, specifications, and detailed development drawings.
- Basic technology skills, including Microsoft Windows, Outlook (email), and experience with a residential production scheduling system.
Desired Qualifications
- 3 Years+ Experience in a new home-building environment is preferred.
