Job Summary
Direct all field personnel to achieve project completion on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship conforming to plans. Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities, create and maintain schedules including a three-week look ahead, and conduct foreman meetings. Manage subcontractor schedules, coordinate inspections, and oversee jobsite logistics while ensuring an organized and clean environment. Promote safety by encouraging safe practices, rectifying hazards immediately, and ensuring all employees adhere to company policies. Maintain positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, neighbors, and internal teams. This role requires 5+ years of experience in scheduling, field supervision, and quality control, with proficiency in Microsoft Projects and Primavera. PBG offers a competitive salary range of $90,000–$155,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in scheduling, filed supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction
- Ability to read, understand specifications, blueprints, engineering and architectural drawings
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Excellent listening skills and strong communication
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, project management software (Prolog or similar), and scheduling software Microsoft Projects and Primavera
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage diverse personalities
- A strong work ethic and a 'can-do' attitude
