Job Summary
Lead Foremen and field crews through consistent communication, visibility, and accountability while establishing a culture focused on safety, professionalism, and performance. Own short-term project planning, including daily, weekly, and three-week look-ahead schedules, to proactively remove obstacles and protect critical path milestones. Manage multiple crews, phases of work, and jobsite activities simultaneously by coordinating manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and vendors. Enforce company safety standards, ensure compliance with all jobsite requirements, and maintain high-quality workmanship according to contract documents and specifications. Train, mentor, and develop Foremen and crew members to strengthen leadership within the organization. Reduce downtime, eliminate unnecessary rework, and maintain organized jobsite operations to support accurate field reporting and communication with Project Managers.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or similar construction leadership role
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, sequencing, and field operations
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and schedules
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing multiple crews and complex projects
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, productivity tracking, and coordination
- Ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
