Job Summary
Compile and resolve punch list items, perform final walk-throughs with customers, and secure signed completion certificates. Conduct pre-construction meetings, schedule subcontractors and material suppliers, and validate project schedules while ensuring all work complies with plans, codes, and specifications. Document activities in WC 2.0, execute change orders, coordinate jurisdictional inspections, and provide daily narrative updates to clients. Maintain quality standards through site inspections, evaluate vendor performance, and identify areas outside the contracted scope. This full-time role requires 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. hours Monday through Friday, with frequent on-call, weekend work, and local travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Basic math skills
- Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug screen subject to applicable law
- Full-time position, working 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
- Frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), working on-call, and weekend work
- Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
