Job Summary
Coordinate subcontractors, monitor quality, maintain schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently in accordance with the approved scope of work. Participate in project kickoff meetings to align field crews and subcontractors on expectations, provide daily job-site oversight, and communicate proactively with customers and internal teams. Maintain quality standards through regular inspections, address production issues, and complete final walk-throughs to secure completion documentation. Identify potential work outside the approved scope and communicate it promptly for pricing and approval. Full-time position with frequent local driving and regular time at active job sites.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two to five years of experience supervising residential construction, restoration, remodeling, or reconstruction projects
- Working knowledge of construction methods, job-site safety, scheduling, materials, quality control, and local inspection processes
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and maintaining project schedules
- Strong customer communication, organization, problem-solving, and basic math skills
- Ability to read and execute approved scopes of work, plans, specifications, estimates, and purchase orders
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
