Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of construction sites to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with quality standards and regulations. Lead on-site activities, supervise subcontractors, plan logistics, manage schedules, enforce safety protocols (OSHA-compliant), conduct daily safety briefings, maintain documentation (RFIs, change orders, daily logs), and coordinate with stakeholders to provide progress updates and resolve issues. Requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a solid understanding of construction processes and site management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Xactimate, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
