Construction Superintendent

Construction Superintendent oversees direct communication with customers, manages and schedules carpenters, ensures timely procurement of materials, permits, licenses, and inspections, and monitors quality and safety across restoration/remodeling projects. Responsibilities include coordinating change orders, reviewing job cost reports, pricing and supervising subcontractors, enforcing safety practices and PPE usage, driving company vehicle to sites, maintaining on-site layout and cleanliness, and participating in on-call rotations to deliver world-class customer service while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations and company standards.
