Construction Superintendent

Construction Superintendent needed to lead restoration projects in Springfield, IL. Direct communication with customers throughout projects, manage direct-report Carpenters and coordinate with the Regional Construction Manager on technical issues, material and permit acquisition, and ensure timely, quality completion of all construction and carpentry work. Responsible for adherence to scope, change orders, safety practices, PPE usage, and regulatory requirements. Drive the company vehicle to customer locations, supervise subcontractors, monitor job costs, and maintain a safe, clean, and professional jobsite. Includes participation in on-call rotation with some nights and weekends, along with a competitive compensation package starting around $70K+ plus bonuses and a company vehicle.
