Job Summary
Construction Superintendent responsible for on-site project management of restoration/construction projects. Directly communicate with customers to ensure excellent service; manage scheduling and supervision of Carpenters and Foremen; coordinate material, permits, licenses, and inspections; ensure timely completion and adherence to scope, safety practices, and quality standards; assist with change orders and estimating; maintain a safe, productive work environment; monitor job costs and subcontractor performance; operate a company vehicle to job sites; participate in on-call rotations requiring some nights and weekends; uphold company policies and safety manuals; embody a first-class workmanship standard.
Required Qualifications
- Must have Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Minimum 5 years Hands-On Construction Experience
- 2 years Project Management Experience (preferred)
- Strong Remodeling/Restoration Experience (preferred)
- Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Reliable transportation
- Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Xactimate experience -preferred
