Construction Superintendent

Construction Superintendent role leading restoration/construction projects in Springfield, IL. Responsibilities include direct client communication throughout projects, managing and scheduling carpenters and foremen, ensuring timely acquisition of permits and inspections, coordinating material and subcontractor activities, monitoring job costs, driving the company vehicle to site locations, enforcing safety and PPE requirements, maintaining quality standards, and participating in an on-call rotation with some nights and weekends. Requires strong communication, multi-project management, remodeling/restoration experience, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules while delivering world-class customer service.
