Job Summary
Oversee daily field operations on assigned construction projects, including supervision of subcontractors and field personnel, scheduling, safety compliance, quality control, and overall site coordination for military Design-Build projects. Role supports projects across San Diego County with potential relocation or travel depending on assignment needs; preferred candidates have 5+ years in a Superintendent role overseeing scheduling, field operations, safety, QC, and multiple phases of construction on mid-sized projects, plus experience in government/military/Design-Build or large-scale commercial construction. Proficiency with Primavera P3/P6, Viewpoint, BIM, and Revit is preferred; CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30, EM-385, and STS certifications are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; LEED credentials preferred.
