Job Summary
Residential Construction Superintendent for Single Family division in Indianapolis area. Oversees daily jobsite operations for single-family projects, manages quality control to company standards, coordinates subcontractors and trades, supervises hourly labor, monitors project progress, and serves as the on-site primary contact for assigned projects. Requires prior experience in residential construction supervision or field leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple trades and schedules. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required; college degree is a plus.
