Construction Superintendent-Public Safety (Fire Stations)

Job Summary
Lead construction of municipal public safety projects, including fire stations. Oversee field operations, schedules, budgets, and quality; supervise daily field operations and subcontractors; coordinate with city officials, fire department representatives, engineers, and inspectors; manage permits, inspections, change orders, and project documentation; lead jobsite meetings, oversee punch lists, and ensure quality control; mentor and manage field staff to deliver safe, compliant, and on-schedule projects.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years as a Superintendent, preferably on municipal or public safety projects
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred)
- Experience with ground-up construction, site work, and NFPA/fire safety codes
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Procore
