Job Summary
Construction Superintendent responsible for the overall direction of field operations, completion schedules, and labor budget outcome of construction projects, directing field personnel and all subcontractors to achieve successful project completion. Build and maintain positive working relationships with Project Team (Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Subcontractors), plan and schedule projects and manpower, manage budgets and costs, monitor subcontractors and resolve issues, emphasize safety and quality control, and mentor other Pepper Construction Supervisors with a focus on MEP knowledge and cost-conscious, customer-satisfaction-driven project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent knowledge through commercial construction supervision experience
- Experience in markets in which Pepper serves, healthcare/pharma or higher education/k-12 preferred
- Significant experience with at least 8 years as a manager of commercial construction activities in the field
- Willingness to travel in the state of Indiana
