Job Summary
Construction Superintendent role on commercial and multi-family projects in Miami-Dade County with a path to a Lead Superintendent. Responsibilities include supporting daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and quality control; assisting in maintaining the project schedule and weekly look-ahead planning; enforcing safety standards and participating in safety walks; managing daily reports, progress documentation, and communication with PMs. Opportunity to take on increasing leadership responsibility under mentorship from a Lead Superintendent and develop the skills to eventually run your own project. Requires 3–7 years of construction field operations experience, ability to read plans and communicate with trades, strong work ethic, and a desire for growth. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required. Local to Miami-Dade County or able to commute daily.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in construction field operations with a GC, developer, or subcontractor
- Ability to read plans, understand scopes, and communicate clearly with trades
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and willingness to learn
- Desire to be challenged and mentored into a Lead Superintendent role
- Experience with commercial or multi-family projects preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
- Local to Miami-Dade County or able to commute daily
