Job Summary
Oversee construction site operations for a Garden-Style 341-unit multi-family project in Bozeman, MT. Responsibilities include planning and setting up the job site, developing and maintaining the project schedule, ensuring safety and quality standards, supervising the field team and subcontractors, coordinating materials, equipment and manpower, leading daily/weekly meetings, tracking documentation, and maintaining relationships with Project Managers and stakeholders. Requires a 4-year construction-related degree, 5-7 years of garden-style multifamily supervision, proficiency with Procore, OSHA compliance, ability to travel, background check and drug screen completion, and legal eligibility to work in the U.S. Compensation ranges from $135,000 to $165,000 annually with a targeted 15% performance bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and housing-discount eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in a construction related field or commensurate field experience
- 5-7 years work experience in garden style multifamily construction site supervision
- Procore proficiency
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen
- Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. (I-9)
- English language proficiency
