Job Summary
Lead all field operations from project startup through closeout for a two-phase affordable multifamily housing development in Milwaukee. Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, material deliveries, and construction sequencing; drive project schedules with the Project Manager to ensure timely completion; maintain high standards of safety, quality, and organization on site. Review plans, specifications, shop drawings, and installation details to ensure compliance; serve as the primary on-site representative for subcontractors, inspectors, and ownership teams; manage project documentation, daily logs, punch lists, and turnover activities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction superintendent experience
- preferably in multifamily, affordable housing, or commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, means and methods, and project scheduling
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling software
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
