Job Summary
Oversee daily schedule, look-aheads, and multi-trade coordination, inspections and punch lists/close-out for luxury residential projects. Maintain high-end finish standards, manage mock-ups and owner/architect walkthroughs, and uphold safety culture and logistics (access, staging, corrosion, weather).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management (or formal field management training)
- 5+ years as Superintendent on custom luxury residences
- Track record with recognized GC/CM; strong scheduling and QA/QC discipline
