Job Summary
The Construction Superintendent (CS) is responsible for ensuring safe project completion within budget and on schedule. Duties include overseeing safety compliance, supervising craft workers, coordinating subcontractors, and managing daily reporting and quality control. Candidates must have 3 to 7 years of experience in low-voltage systems and installation supervision. Preferred credentials include PMP or BICSI and familiarity with security and audio-visual systems integration.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience in low-voltage systems
- Experience managing or overseeing installation of low voltage building systems
- Experience in security systems, audio-visual systems, and communication systems integration
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or Business
- Professional accreditations, including DBIA, LEED
