Job Summary
Oversee on-site supervision of all construction activities for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games and Team USA, focusing on field execution, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality control, and schedule adherence. Serve as the primary on-site leader and point of contact for subcontractors and inspectors while conducting daily site walks to monitor quality, progress, and site conditions. Coordinate inspections with Los Angeles County jurisdictions, enforce OSHA and company safety protocols, and manage site logistics, phasing, and sequencing in occupied or operational facilities. Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and coordination challenges in real time while maintaining accurate daily reports and logs using Procore. Lead subcontractor meetings, toolbox talks, and coordination meetings to ensure project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Construction Management, Engineering or similar curriculum
- 8 years of demonstrated construction superintendent experience
- AA/AS and 10 years of relevant experience
- HSD/GED and 12 years of relevant experience

Desired Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a strong focus on interior renovations and tenant improvement projects, core and shell construction and general commercial construction
- Proven experience managing field operations in Los Angeles County, including familiarity with local inspection and permitting processes
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Experience working in occupied buildings and phased construction environments
- Proficiency with CMIC, Bluebeam, BIM or other similar field management tools
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methods, and building systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
