Job Summary
Lead daily field operations for hyperscale data center construction projects from mobilization through final turnover. Direct and coordinate subcontractors across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty trades while overseeing site logistics, material deliveries, and access control. Supervise Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and trade supervision to foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability. Manage project schedules by coordinating work sequencing, look-ahead planning, and critical milestone execution. Coordinate closely with MEP teams and commissioning personnel to support system installation, testing, and owner turnover. Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower tracking, and progress documentation. Lead punch-list completion, final inspections, and project closeout activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Eight or more years of commercial construction experience with progressively increasing field leadership responsibilities
- Proven experience leading field operations on large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or hyperscale data center construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, commissioning processes, and phased project turnover
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documentation
- Experience managing subcontractors, field personnel, and multiple concurrent scopes of work
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore, BIM 360, and Bluebeam
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading hyperscale data center, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or other mission-critical construction projects
- Experience supporting integrated systems testing (IST), commissioning, and owner turnover
- Familiarity with fast-track construction delivery methods and pull-planning processes
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
