Job Summary
Construction Superintendent - LC responsible for determining labor and material needs, monitoring work, and providing quality assurance to complete turn projects for single-family rental homes. Coordinates with approved vendors and internal teams, tracks and reports on scope, schedule, and costs, assigns work to third-party vendors to move homes to rent-ready status, performs QC inspections, completes punch lists, and ensures safety standards. Role includes basic repairs as needed and prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Requires a High School diploma, valid Driver’s License, and 5+ years of relevant experience with knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, appliances, landscaping and irrigation systems; strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate with valid Driver’s License
- 5 or more years of experience as a superintendent, project manager or production home representative
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, appliance, landscaping and irrigation systems
- Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate basic workings of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring and irrigation systems
- Organizational skills, attention to detail & high performance standards
- Good communication skills (oral & written), comfortable scheduling work with residents
