Construction Superintendent

Job Summary
Lead and manage all field construction activities on a major project in Flagstaff, AZ, coordinating site operations, budget, and schedule while supervising trade personnel, assistants, and interns. Develop and execute project plans, maintain up-to-date drawings and RFIs, and create site-specific safety procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA and Ironmark standards. Direct subcontractor schedules, oversee supply receipt and workmanship, and prepare daily reports and change orders. Obtain information from engineers, inspectors, and municipal authorities, and manage job site startup processes including security, utilities, and staging. Requires 5+ years of commercial construction experience, proficiency in Microsoft Project and Procore, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years Superintendent experience in ground up, wood frame, commercial construction
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Maintain a clean and presentable appearance with Ironmark apparel recommended at all times
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively, be customer focused, and display a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity
- Must possess a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and access to a vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of preferred construction management software, Microsoft Project and Procore
- OSHA Training, CPR/First Aid Certification, and LEED training encouraged
