Job Summary
Seasoned Construction Superintendent responsible for leading field operations on $50M+ industrial or large-scale commercial projects. Demonstrates proven safety, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination capabilities, with hands-on expertise in project planning, logistics, and field execution. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience) and a track record of leading teams to deliver projects on schedule, with strong MEP, civil, and sitework knowledge.

- Experience as a Superintendent on $50M+ industrial or large-scale commercial projects
