Construction Superintendent III - Multi-Unit

Lead complex commercial construction projects by organizing trade partners and supervising crews to meet safety, timeliness, and budget goals. Attend kickoff meetings to review contracts and drawings, then create site-specific plans and manage work schedules with subcontractors. Conduct pre-start meetings, hold progress reviews, and maintain daily logs in Procore while assisting with schedule recovery and RFIs. Ensure quality control, resolve disputes, and implement safety measures including training, inspections, and incident reporting. Coordinate building inspections, manage closeout punch lists, and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business. Requires five years in multi-unit housing and ten years leading crews, with a valid driver's license and willingness to work the Lansing and Brighton area.
